On 28th September, Shanghai Boonray Technology was awarded Honorary Enterprise Award on the Pudong Business News. The theme of Pudong Business News is "Artificial Intelligent Robot Fancy Black Technology" and was organised by Shanghai Pudong Science and Economic Committee and China Financial Information Center.

The co-founder as well as the CEO of Boonray Technology, Jacky Hu, was invited to this industry event and shared his opinions with other business representatives and related field experts. Mr Hu mainly shared his entrepreneurial experience and insights about the application of drones in a smart city and had a conversation about the theme of this event "Intelligent robotic plus". Boonray Technology drones have attached the attention of experts and the usage of drones has been discussed. The important role that drones play in the field of smart cities, the important role of urban and industrial automation, and the necessity of innovative capabilities of drones in development were explained in detail by Mr Hu in his sharing the project with Alibaba Cloud IoT. He said, commercializing innovation capabilities is the motivation of a company and resource integration is a necessary step in the reproductive skill. Boonray Technology's excellent technical level and innovative development concept make it easy for people to imagine its rapid development momentum.

Intelligent Robot + Big Data

Nowadays, high-tech shows a rapid development trend, science and technology are integrated into various ways. Several hot topics such as "robot", "Internet of Things", "big data" and "artificial intelligence" have attracted attention in recent years. Meanwhile, Boonray Technology is combining these directions into one platform.

There are three main steps are taken to achieve our goals. First, install the CURIE box (an intelligent chip) and different sensors in the robot (drones) to collect various data. Data like original images, videos, thermal imaging images can be collected by CURIE box for the application of robots and IoT. Secondly, transmit and initial analysis the collected data with CURIE box and Internet. For example, process the original image as an orthophoto or 3D model to become the available data. Artificial intelligence technology such as intelligent image and video processing is applied in the process mentioned. The technology for real-time transmission of data and connection of CURIE box for transmission of IoT data is applied as well. Lastly, build a data processing platform to clean those processed data and generate useful information, for instance, charts and reports.
