Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination and Planning: Responsible for the overall management of the unmanned mining truck project in the open-pit coal mine, developing detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.


Conduct in-depth analysis of open-pit coal mining processes, combined with the characteristics of unmanned mining trucks, to develop optimized production and operation plans to improve production efficiency and resource utilization.


2. Team and Resource Management: Establish, manage, and lead the project team, clearly define the responsibilities of each member, rationally allocate work tasks, conduct regular performance evaluations and team training to improve the overall team capability.


Responsible for the on-site management, construction organization, and daily maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth production processes, coordinating internal and external resources, and promptly resolving issues encountered during project execution.


3. Safety and Quality Management: Establish and improve the project safety management system to ensure that project operations comply with safety production regulations and standards, conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification, and prevent accidents.


Supervise project quality control to ensure that the operation of the unmanned mining trucks and related operations meet quality standards, and conduct rigorous acceptance testing of project deliverables.


4. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the client, mining company, and other relevant parties to accurately understand and meet their requirements for unmanned operations, and provide timely feedback on project progress and issues.


Work closely with the technical team and suppliers to ensure the stable operation of unmanned mining truck technology and coordinate solutions to technical challenges.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mining engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, project management, or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in open-pit coal mining, including at least 2 years of project management experience; experience with unmanned mining truck projects is preferred.


2. Skills Requirements: Familiar with open-pit coal mining processes, including drilling, blasting, loading, transportation, and waste disposal; understand the technical principles, system composition, and operation management models of unmanned mining trucks; familiar with the operation and maintenance of related equipment; possess strong project management capabilities, and be proficient in using project management tools and methods such as Gantt charts and critical path method; master data analysis methods and be able to analyze production data and propose improvement measures.


3. Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills and team leadership abilities; able to effectively coordinate resources from all parties; strong problem-solving and adaptability skills; able to make quick decisions in complex situations; conscientious and responsible, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication; able to adapt to the working environment of open-pit coal mines and occasional overtime work.
