1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates in the new energy sector, vehicle manufacturing, or mining industries.

3. Solid sales skills and techniques, keen business acumen, and adept at identifying and expanding potential markets.
4. Strong public relations and adaptability skills; able to independently develop and maintain client relationships.
5. Continuous learning ability (familiar with the company's multi-line product functions and technical configurations, keeping abreast of the company's R&D progress, and able to update knowledge and provide professional presentations to clients).
6. Excellent team management skills; understanding of the direct sales system and business processes for major clients; familiarity with major client sales agreements and their calculation methods; understanding of the company's sales policies, including pricing, service commitments, payment collection policies, and expense management.
