L4 Autonomous Driving Control Algorithm Engineer

1. Responsible for the design and development of vehicle lateral and longitudinal control algorithms.

2. Responsible for the construction and optimization of vehicle simulation models.

3. Responsible for the construction and optimization of the control module data platform and evaluation system.

4. Familiar with vehicle controller logic, responsible for interfacing with/optimizing parts of the vehicle controller logic.

5. Collaborate with other module engineers to complete system integration and debugging.

1. Familiar with vehicle systems or mobile robot dynamics.

2. Possesses strong professional knowledge in control system design, signal processing, and dynamic system modeling.

3. Possesses professional knowledge in dynamic system modeling and related digital signal processing, filter design, etc., and is proficient in dynamic response analysis methods for dynamic systems under common signals.

4. Possesses a strong foundation in control theory and application experience, is proficient in typical optimization control algorithms (such as LQR, MPC, etc.), and can skillfully apply them to solve practical tracking control problems.

5. Understands basic knowledge of motion planning and path planning; experience with chassis drive-by-wire systems and CANbus communication is preferred.

6. Proficient in C/C++ programming language (essential skill), familiar with development environments on Linux/Unix platforms.

7. Strong hands-on ability and adept at solving practical problems.

8. Familiar with ROS; experience in ROS projects is preferred.

9. Experience related to autonomous driving.
